- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Today our van went completely dead. It took within seconds for this kind police officer to get to our situation immediately. He did an incredible job!!! - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★While in cookesville due to an evacuation from hurricane irma i had a bad experience at a local hotel. Fall creek inn had ripped me off and put me and my family in a bad position. The police were called and they couldnt do much to help me. One of the officers, unfortunately i can not remember his name because so much was going on, he was amazing and he really helped us out on a personal level. He was very sympathetic to our situation and went above and beyond to help us and make sure we would be ok. We have never been to tennessee and unfortunately we are here due to an emergency situation. The hotel gave us a bad first impression but this officer showed us what tennessee is really about. We hope to come back in the future for an accual vacation. I really wish i could remember this officers name so i can give him proper recognition but he knows who he is and i hope he knows how much all of his help has impacted us. Keep up the good work!! If we had more people like him in this world it would be a better place. In my opinion he deserves a bonus!!!By Anna Santor, November 10, 2016
