- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My boyfriend had a fraudulent charge on his card in January after being mistreated at a different location we came to this one. The woman filed a report and we left feeling satisfied only to later get a call saying that the card was physically swiped despite being over an hour away. They kept insisting that he let someone else borrow his card and that he would have to file a police report. Today he had a second fraudulent charge at a different place while he was at work. Being the second fraudulent charge in a year over $20 and the bank being unsupportive and not having the customers best interest in mind; we will be taking our business elsewhere as well as filing a report with the FDIC.By morgan burke, August 28, 2017
